What Ales Me

I tried the beer I made, too. It tasted good, but the carbonation is going crazy.

It was pretty low carbonation the first day I tried it, then a week later I tried it again and it was almost perfect, and then a week later I tried again and the bottle was almost flat.

I don’t know what’s up with that.

Anyway, for a final product, I’m not too upset. It tastes fine, no infections, no massive failure to carbonate. Just the occasional off-bottle. For a first try, I’ll accept it.

I plan on grabbing another style of beer, making it, and aging it until my birthday. I hope that goes well. You’ll be hearing from me.
